Early Dance 1 and 2

Girls: Light blue, sleeveless, cotton blend, tank top leotard, (optional light pink tights, pink ballet slippers with pink elastics or pink gymnastics slippers). Hair must be held out of their faces with longer hair in a ponytail.

Boys: White T-Shirt, black or navy blue tights or shorts, (optional white ballet slippers with white elastic or gymnastics slippers).

N.B. Please refrain from outfitting your child in lovely tutus or other store bought frilly skirts. In the course of the first term, dancerly dresses for the girls and fine moving capes for the boys will be made available by the school for the Early Dance level 1 and 2, so each child can feel the story and the drama of their movements

Primary Grade and Grade I - R.A.D.

Girls: Light blue, sleeveless, cotton blend leotard, light pink tights and pink ballet slippers with pink elastics. Primary will require a (R.A.D. regulation) gathered skirt*. Grades I & 2 require a black circular R.A.D.character skirt* and black character shoe with a 1 cm heel. These skirts will be rented from the school. Hair must be held out of the face and longer hair must be in a bun.

Boys: White T-Shirt or leotard with cap sleeves, black or navy blue tights, white socks, white ballet slippers with white elastic.

* The white primary and black character skirts are rented from the school at time of registration for $25.00 and $35.00 per year. The skirts will be assigned in the first weeks and are to remain on the school property.

Please Note:

1) If the student is not dressed according to dress code, or is in unsafe or inappropriate clothing for the activity of dancing, teachers are permitted to not allow a student in their class.

2) No gum or food in the studio.
